Accelerant Holdings [ARX] - / Cherry Tree BidCo merger

Accelerant Holdings has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Cherry Tree BidCo, an affiliate of Thoma Bravo Discover Fund V, L.P., for an undisclosed total deal value, with the merger expected to result in Accelerant becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Cherry Tree BidCo.
