Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This policy describes what information Events Monitor collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Service is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.
1. Information We Collect
- Subscription details — when you subscribe to alerts we collect your email address, your selected event feeds, your chosen delivery channel, and, if you configure Teams or Slack delivery, the webhook URL you provide.
- Operational logs — our hosting and delivery infrastructure records standard technical logs (such as request timestamps and delivery success or failure) needed to operate the Service.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver the alerts you subscribed to.
- To operate, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, including deduplicating notifications and diagnosing delivery failures.
- To communicate with you about your subscription.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Service Providers
The Service relies on a small number of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), and Resend (email delivery). If you configure Teams or Slack delivery, alert content is sent to the webhook endpoint you provided, which is operated by Microsoft or Slack respectively under your own organization’s terms.
4. Data Retention
Subscription details are retained while your subscription is active. Notification logs are retained for operational purposes and pruned periodically. You may request deletion of your subscription and associated data at any time.
5. Your Choices
- To unsubscribe, change feeds, or remove a webhook, contact us at the address below or reply to any alert email.
- You may request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
6. Security
Subscription data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure, and webhook URLs are treated as secrets. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use webhook endpoints that can be rotated if needed.
7. Children
The Service is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 16.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
9. Contact
