Matthew Cornell has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hyster-Yale, Inc., effective November 1, 2026, with an initial base salary of $605,000 per year, succeeding Rajiv K. Prasad who will continue as principal financial officer until November 4, 2026.
