On August 4, 2026, Resideo will distribute one share of ADI Global Distribution (ADIG) common stock for every two shares of Resideo common stock held as of the record date of July 20, 2026, with cash provided for any fractional shares, and the distribution is intended to be tax-free for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
