ODYSSEY MARINE EXPLORATION INC [OMEX] - Odyssey Marine Exploration / AOM merger agreement

Odyssey Marine Exploration has entered into a definitive merger agreement with AOM, which includes provisions for AOM to purchase an additional Initial Note of $500,000 and allows for aggregate principal amounts under Initial and Pre-Closing Notes to reach up to $5 million, subject to AOM's discretion.
