Effective July 14, 2026, Michael Jennings and Zamir Rauf were appointed as independent directors of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC, with Jennings joining the Conflicts Committee and CMI SPA Committee, while Rauf will serve on the Conflicts Committee, Audit Committee, and Executive Committee.
